Imaging Locations at Hospitals

Hospital Diagnostic Imaging Departments typically will perform Xrays on a walk-in basis(no appointment required) during their operating hours - you must have a requisition from a doctor or nurse practitioner.  

For all other imaging such as an ultrasound, mammogram etc. an appointment needs to be arranged by a doctor's office via fax - contact your doctor's office to arrange this.
