Call the office and speak with reception to book any of the following:

Appointment with the Nurse Practitioner

Flu Shots, Injections and Vaccines

TB tests (Uninsured service - fees will apply)

Lesion Removal: mole, skin tag, wart etc. (Uninsured service - fees will apply)
If if this policy is ignored the appointment(s) may be cancelled without notice, and rebooking will be the patient's responsibility!
